home. These laptops provide you with ease of
access, and can help you achieve your career,
business, or academic goals. Launchpad
tablets are also available for children to learn
and develop different literacy skills through
fun and interactive activities.
A Curated Collection of Culture and History
In 2024, we dedicated the African
American Collection at Washington
Memorial Library to Herbert Tuggle, our
first African American Head of Reference.
This collection contains fiction and
nonfiction books about the experiences of
Black Americans, representing the history
and culture that contributes to the fabric
of our community.
